*35  Observed the following outer openings to not be self-closing and/or tight fitting: Back door both the screen and the storm door do not close all the way and there are gaps around the edge of the screen door. Provide for all openings that lead to the outside to be self-closing and tight fitting. 750.1170 10 Days
*41  Observed the following chemical(s) to be improperly stored: Bottle of windex stored next to the bowl of creamers in cash register area. Provide for all food, equipment, utensils, and single service articles to be stored either above or completely separate for all toxic chemicals. 750.1310 Immediate/Onsite
*45  Observed an insufficient number of certified food handlers to be employed at this facility. Provide for a certified food handler to be on the premises at all times that potential hazardous foods are being handled. Establishment is in the process of getting two more employees signed up for the class. I will double check on this when I come back for the door. Next Inspection
Observed the following food products to be improperly stored: 1) Eggs on floor in walk in cooler, 2) Potatoes uncovered in walk in cooler, 3) gravy uncovered in walk-in cooler, 4) Box on floor in walk-in freezer, 5)sugar uncovered in on table across from dishwasher. Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor and to have proper covers. 750.120-130 Next Inspection
Observed employees/consumers using improper utensils to dispense food products: Cup in sugar by waitress station by kitchen. Use a utensil with a handle. 750.270. Next Inspection
21  Observed wiping cloths stored throughout kitchen on random surfaces. Provide for all wiping cloths to be stored completely submerged in an approved sanitizer solution while not being used. 750.810 Next Inspection
